BIM Technician (Stage 1–5 Revit) – Mechanical & Electrical

An established and growing MEP contractor is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Technician to join its London-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑profile commercial fit‑out projects across London, delivering both CAT A and CAT B schemes from concept through to project completion.

You'll play a key role in producing and coordinating high‑quality BIM models across RIBA Stages 1–5, working closely with project managers, design teams and site teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

The Role

  • Produce and maintain detailed M&E BIM models using Revit.
  • Deliver coordinated mechanical and electrical models across RIBA Stages 1–5.
  • Work on commercial fit‑out projects, including both CAT A and CAT B developments.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and design teams to resolve clashes.
  • Produce construction drawings, installation details and as‑built models.
  • Attend coordination meetings and support project delivery throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a BIM Technician within the M&E sector.
  • Strong Revit experience with projects delivered through RIBA Stages 1–5.
  • Experience working on commercial fit‑out projects.
  • Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services.
  • Excellent understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced project environment.
