We are currently seeking experienced BIM Modellers to join a growing digital engineering team supporting a major infrastructure project in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for BIM professionals with strong MEP services experience and a passion for digital delivery, 3D modelling and collaborative engineering environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models for complex MEP systems.
- Produce coordinated models and drawings using Bentley software.
- Support multidisciplinary design teams throughout project delivery.
- Participate in model reviews, clash detection and design coordination meetings.
- Contribute to BIM standards, procedures and best practice initiatives.
- Work closely with engineers, designers and BIM leads to ensure accurate and timely model delivery.
- Support digital engineering initiatives and emerging technologies across the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller within the Building Services / MEP sector.
- Strong 3D modelling capabilities on major infrastructure or building projects.
- Proficiency with the Bentley toolset, including:
- OpenBuildings Designer (OBD)
- MicroStation
- Experience modelling complex MEP systems.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination and information management.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams.
- Experience with Raceway modelling.
- Exposure to Bentley iTwin / Digital Twin environments.
- Previous experience working on rail, transport, infrastructure or other large-scale engineering projects.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and common data environments.
