Pro Staff Construction are working with a specialist subcontractor who is delivering a demolition and groundworks package on a new build commercial project in Bath.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the package, working closely with the main contractor and site teams.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience managing demolition and groundworks packages
- Previous experience on commercial construction projects
- Ability to manage subcontractors, programme, health & safety and site coordination
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong communication and leadership skills
This is an immediate start with approximately 6 months' work available.
