We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager

Day rate: £(Apply online only) per day
Duration: 2 weeks
We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for 2 weeks' cover in Bath on a conversion of an existing office space into a student accommodation. This will be paid via PAYE.
Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Oversee site set up
- Minor strip out and demo works
- Complete site inductions
- Internal ground prep works for piling
- Scaffold installation
- Maintain H&S standards and ensure followed by contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience as a Site Manager in commercial (offices, schools colleges, universities)
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Day rate – up to £280 per day
