Frontline Construction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for an established contractor delivering a ground‑up extension project at a school in Ashford, Kent (TN27 8AL). This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering new build and extension projects from groundworks through to final handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest standard within a live education environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage the project from start through to practical completion
- Oversee groundworks, structural works and all internal finishing packages
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour throughout each phase of the build
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Manage site logistics, materials and deliveries
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Liaise with the client, design team and subcontractors
- Keep accurate site records and provide regular progress updates
