As an Admissions Officer, you will be at the heart of helping prospective students navigate their journey to joining our vibrant learning community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and processing applications efficiently and accurately, following internal policies and procedures, including UCAS and direct applications.
  • Responding to applicant queries promptly, delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of BIMM University.
  • Accurately recording applicant information using the appropriate database, ensuring data integrity at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
