BIMM University is seeking a Student Support Advisor to provide frontline pastoral and wellbeing support to students across campus.

You will work in a digitally-enabled, centrally coordinated service, ensuring students feel heard and guided to the right help at the right time.

You’ll manage a varied caseload, deliver one-to-one sessions (online and in person), perform assessment and triage, and maintain confidential records using Target Connect.

DBS disclosure is required for this role.
