The Northern European Commercial Director will be responsible for leading and managing regional operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives within the European market. This role focuses on enhancing the company's market presence, expanding the product portfolio, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Director leads and drives the commercial performance in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics to ensure sustainable achievement of strategic, commercial, and financial targets. The role includes maintaining market share of core products, developing revenue from existing customers, and expanding the product offering. It involves identifying, launching, and managing products aligned with company strategy, supported by excellent technical service and marketing. The position reports to the EU Commercial Director and is part of the EU Leadership team, supporting overall EU strategy.
