Position Summary:
The HRG is a champion of people, diversity, and inclusion, supporting bakery operations across three shifts. Responsible for delivering best-in-class HR services that enhance organizational effectiveness, with a focus on labor relations and engaging leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel required; oversee HR functions across multiple plants or locations.
- Act as a change agent and business partner to plant managers, owning HR initiatives.
- Assist in managing headcount, turnover, exit interviews, and HR invoicing; update job descriptions.
- Conduct new hire orientations and HR-related training programs.
- Administer associate programs such as benefits open enrollment, safety surveys, and pulse surveys.
- Support associate relations, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Support centralized recruiting efforts and onboarding processes.
- Manage talent acquisition, including creating staffing plans and managing recruitment life cycle.
- Drive talent management activities like goal setting, development plans, and succession planning.
- Provide HR/organizational consulting, coach on E4 behaviors, and facilitate change management.
- Partner with managers on performance management, staffing, and safety concerns.
- Administer policies, manage compliance, and support investigations and hearings.
- Support manufacturing transformation as an HR Business Partner.
- Manage HRIS audits, create HR metrics reports, and recommend improvements.
- Support other HR activities as needed and work effectively as an individual contributor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
- 3+ years HR generalist experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Labor relations experience highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, business acumen, and decision-making ability.
