We incorporate an Assistant Store Manager (Full‑time) to grow our London teams (Marylebone Village).

In close collaboration with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager should be an example for the Sales Assistants, bringing excellent customer service, becoming our principal brand ambassador, and helping to build the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.

Your main goal will be to be responsible for the overall store management, drive sales and enhance customer experience, and assume the responsibilities and duties when the Store Manager is not in the store.

Responsibilities

  • Whole service on the customer journey, from welcoming to the final sale, dealing with any requests or complaints.
  • Stock counting and control, deliveries organization and stockroom maintenance.
  • Product organization on the shop floor, as well as visual merchandising guidelines implementation and collaboration in the visual changes and windows.
  • Management of the store and the teams in absence of the Store Manager.
  • Permanent communication with HQ.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Dynamic and motivated, with an interest in the world of fashion and an excellent presentation, a sense of touch, the ability to listen and work as part of a team.
