A Multi-disciplinary AEC consultancy are seeking a Senior Architect to work collaboratively with their expanding Architectural team. This exciting role will involve working on Residential, Education, Blue light (police, fire and ambulance) and focus predominantly on RIBA 4-6 with the possibility of hybrid working. This role is an opportunity that can be based at either their Eltham or Birmingham offices.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate on a flexible basis in a Group environment to fulfil the project team\’s obligations.
- Take responsibility for implementation of a BIM Management System comprising procedures, practices, tools and templates necessary to comply with BIM Level 2.
- Provide training, support and mentoring to facilitate the protocol delivery of the BIM Management System.
- Lead on use, deployment and assessment of REVIT Architecture in relation to BIM Management System.
- Design, draw and compute, as required.
- Take the lead in large and complex projects.
Skills and experience include:
- Registered architect belonging to the ARB, RIBA.
- Expert use of Revit.
- Detailed experience of managing projects in a BIM Level 2 environment.
This is a Multi-disciplinary Consultancy, with collaborative innovation at the heart of what they do.
