Finance & Operations Manager at BIMA (British Interactive Media Association)
BIMA’s Marketing Manager is responsible for BIMA’s member-facing and public profile, as well as effective internal and external communications. This role is also crucial to the financial sustainability of BIMA, driving ticket sales, event attendance and member engagement through effective tactical marketing campaigns.
The core areas of responsibility:
- Working alongside the Managing Director and board to develop a brand marketing plan, aligned to the organisation’s brand values and objectives
- Promoting the organisation’s events, initiatives and membership benefits, to drive attendance and engagement
- Driving a pipeline of qualified new membership leads through tactical marketing activity
- Management and upkeep of the organisations website and social channels
- Driving engagement of our programmes such as Digital Day and Awards.
What we’re looking for:
- We are after somebody that is used to a busy pace and is happy with executing a lot of tactical email and social campaigns to drive member engagement and promote our packed events schedule. But it’s also about the bigger picture, with responsibility for our data, brand and website.
- Experience in working with photoshop and canva is desirable.
- Experience working for a membership organisation is ideal but not essential.
