We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Growth Executive to support the growth of our membership base and sponsorships. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process, supporting new member acquisition and paid-for sponsors. BIMA is a small team and we need someone that can operate at a fast pace and is extremely organised. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will also work closely with events and operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing data, and contributing to a purpose-driven organisation. BIMA works remotely with one office day in London every two weeks. Some UK travel will be required. (Fully-remote and part time role considered).
The core areas of responsibility:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales/Membership Team
- Generate new membership leads via prospecting
- Process new member applications and coordinate onboarding for the memberships manager
- Prepare and issue membership proposals and organise new membership pitches
- Maintain accurate records of leads in a pipeline of opportunities for both memberships and sponsorships
