We are currently working with a tier 1 International MEP Engineering client, on the search for Electrical Supervisors for major Data Centre projects in Belgium, as well as other European locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Electrical candidates looking for long term progression in their career.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Construction and Project Manager on the coordination and operation of the site to deliver the completion of projects.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to Construction and or Project Manager.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ensure all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards.
  • Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works and materials allocations.
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site.
  • Post construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records.
  • Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
  • Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety and environmental standards.

Key Details:

  • Rotation: 17 days away, 4 days home.
  • Accommodation, Flights and Transport all covered.
  • Negotiable Salary, with additional Pension, and Healthcare schemes.
  • EU citizenship is the preference due to the travel involved.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Electrical trade background essential.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.
