- What You'll Be Doing
- Create and develop MEP BIM models using Revit.
- Produce detailed 2D coordination and installation drawings.
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection across projects.
- Work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators and project teams.
- Assist with site coordination, surveys and as-built information.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Construction or BIM, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in a BIM Detailer, BIM Modeller or BIM Coordinator or similar.
- Strong experience using Revit MEP.
- Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination.
- Good understanding of mechanical / electrical / building services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a project team.
