We are very excited to be working with a leading Electrical Engineering firm, currently on the search for a skilled Electrical BIM Engineer to join the team. This is a very well established firm, working internationally, delivering Electrical projects across Data centre, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial, Oil & Gas projects. With offices in Dublin, Cork and Waterford, this person can be based close to either location. For superstar candidates, full remote working is also on the table.
Your new Role
As the firm continues to expand their services due to increasing demand, they are now on the search for a skilled and experienced Electrical BIM Engineer. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proficient in the use of Navisworks, Revit and BIM360.
- Deliver all 2D and 3D deliverables as set by the BIM Manager.
- Assist with BEP development and implementation on projects.
- Attending/hosting Coordination meetings as required.
- Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
- Knowledge of MEP services coordination.
- Problem solving ability, clash resolution on coordination issues.
- Ability to work on own initiative, and as part of a team essential.
Do you Fit the Bill?
- Engineering or Architectural degree, or a trade qualification plus experience.
- BIM qualification or certification is desirable.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar BIM position within an MEP Environment.
- Skilled in the use of Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
