Bilton CofE Junior School in Rugby is seeking a skilled Behaviour and Inclusion Lead to drive inclusive practice and targeted support for pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs. You will work with the Head of School, SEND Co, safeguarding team and families to implement effective strategies.
You will lead on behaviour, SEND, safeguarding, attendance and family support, developing systems, coaching staff and translating ideas into classroom impact.
