The Biltmore Mayfair is looking for a Front Office - Receptionist who will be accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with arrival to and departure from the hotel. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls and responding to email queries, providing guests with all the required information about the hotel, available services, and facilities.
As a receptionist, you will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems, and have a passion for helping people. The Receptionist will have:
- An excellent interpersonal skill and able to connect with others both face to face and over the phone
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude
- A good command of English and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Receptionist preferable
- A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly disposition to smile
- Opera iCloud experience would be an advantage
