Breakfast Chef will be part of the successful team in assisting the kitchen team, Kitchen Porters and new staff within the department, so as to achieve and maintain quality standards through the execution of departmental training and quality assurance programs, including food control and food hygiene Breakfast Chef responsible for: To be able to work on different sections of the kitchen. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. To ensure that all food is prepared hygienically and safely at all times. To ensure that all food is stored and kept at the correct temperature at all times To minimize waste of any food products at all times. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, morning, afternoons and evening Breakfast Chef will have: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a high-quality Hotel or Restaurant. A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail. Knowledgeable about the food. Positive and can do attitude. A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
