Full Time, Wednesday-Sunday £13.21 per hour + share of monthly tips. Fixed-Term Contract until 27/09/2026.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team. You will have a background in a similar fast-paced environment and demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to grow and develop within your craft. You'll play a key role in supporting our senior kitchen team while consistently delivering high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and completing food orders to a high standard
  • Food preparation and organisation for service
  • Maintaining portion control and minimising wastage while ensuring consistency
  • Managing stock levels and rotation
  • Completing company health & safety procedures and documentation
  • Line cooking during busy services and maintaining standards under pressure
  • Positively representing the business and upholding our core values

Working Hours

This role involves a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. This role has fantastic working hours for the industry.
