Job Description

We require a part time chef/competent cook to enhance our small team. Working across two sites on The Wirral being mobile would be an advantage. You will have some previous experience and be confident taking orders, fulfilling them to a high standard and taking payment. You will be happy to work alone and will become a keyholder responsible for opening and closing after a period of training.

You will have a working knowledge of SFBB and preferably have a current level 2 or above food hygiene certificate, cleaning is a constant part of the job and cannot be disregarded at any level. In return we will offer a competitive rate of pay & contracted holiday pay. We have been trading for 31 years so we can also hopefully offer the right candidate job security and a pleasant and respectful place to work.

We are open, up and running 7 days per week from 0700, reliability and punctuality are essential. Mon to Friday we close latest at 1430 and Sat/Sun 1230. You will be expected to work some weekends. The basic hours are 26 per week with more offered for holiday cover etc.
