Our authentic American diner is looking for a permanent Assistant Manager to help the smooth day to day run our busy branch. You will be responsible for running a section of the diner, this could be the counter where we craft great tasting shakes, sodas and desserts or the floor delighting our guests with top notch service.

- Training and supervising the team ensuring everything is delivered in line with Billy Bob’s exacting standards
- Ensuring all food safety, Allergen and Health and Safety policies are met
