Being a Sous Chef at Bill’s, we will pay you top salary of £48,000 (not including paid overtime) and we ask that you are able to:
- Take the lead when your Head Chef is off – it’s your time to shine.
- Love food … know your specs, make the food with care.
- Be guest focused, make sure your shifts deliver great food, on time.

We are proud of our ability to give our Managers career progression, with robust training plans already in place, our ‘Grow to Lead’ program develops our managers over 12 months to be ready for the next steps in their careers, as well as providing you with a Level 3 Leadership and Management Qualification as part of the course.
