We offer a competitive salary and expect an Assistant General Manager to use their experience to:

  • Own your shift – if the General Manager is off you can feel empowered to take the lead.
  • Understand what makes a service tick and take steps to constantly improve how the team deliver.
  • Support the management team to deliver the goals for the site – keep driving the site to deliver.
