Responsibilities
- Timing and Teamwork – work with others in the kitchen to ensure dishes arrive at the same time, communication is key.
- Quality – maintain a high standard of food, ensuring consistency throughout your shift.
- Ready, Set, Service – be on top of tasks, prepared for service peaks, ready and prepared for the day ahead.
