During our busiest and most exciting season, we're looking for organised, customer-focused individuals to join us as Christmas Reservations Support Administrators. This will be a Seasonal role, and will be employed from September to mid-December supporting the Central Reservations team. As a Christmas Reservations Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role in helping guests celebrate the festive season. You'll manage Christmas and general reservation enquiries across our restaurants, you'll support guests via phone, email, online forms, and booking platforms while helping maximise booking opportunities across all Bill's locations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding promptly to Christmas and general booking enquiries.
- Creating, amending, and cancelling reservations accurately.
- Maximising booking opportunities across our restaurants.
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable support to guests through phone, email, and online channels.
- Maintaining accurate booking records and guest information.
- Using reservation platforms, OpenTable, chatbot systems, and Preorder management tools.
- Liaising with restaurant teams to ensure bookings and guest requests are communicated clearly.
- Escalating complex enquiries where appropriate.
- Supporting the wider reservations team during peak seasonal trading.
