Being a Sous Chef at Bill’s Soho, we will pay you a top salary of £50500 (not including paid overtime!). Take the lead when your Head Chef is off – it’s your time to shine. Love food … know your specs, make the food with care. Be guest focused, make sure your shifts deliver great food on time.
