We are now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Support Office team based in London. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring our restaurants receive the right products, at the right time, every time. You'll play a key role in balancing quality, cost, service, and sustainability while supporting the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and optimising Bill's end-to-end supply chain performance, working with the Head of Purchasing and Supply Chain.
- Delivering against quality, service, cost, and sustainability objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience, and consistency across the business.
- Supplier & Distribution Management
- Developing strong relationships with suppliers and distribution partners.
- Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring KPI compliance.
- Managing supplier delivery schedules and communicating operational changes effectively.
- Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers to support innovation and business continuity.
- Product Availability & Operational Excellence
- Managing forecasting, demand planning, and supply requirements across food and beverage categories.
- Ensuring consistent product availability across all restaurants.
- Resolving supply chain issues quickly and proactively.
- Developing contingency plans to minimise operational disruption.
- Commercial Performance
- Driving cost efficiencies while protecting quality and guest experience.
- Monitoring key cost drivers including food, logistics, and supplier pricing.
- Partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working closely with Food & Beverage Development to support menu launches and product changes.
- Collaborating across departments with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Property teams on key business initiatives.
- Sustainability & Responsibility
- Championing responsible sourcing and waste reduction initiatives.
- Supporting ethical procurement and regulatory compliance.
- Helping shape long-term, sustainable supply decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics within Hospitality, Food Service, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning expertise.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
