Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowing the Bar: Being cross-trained on the bar to provide assistance when needed and support with maintaining high cleaning standards, helping create a flexible working environment.

  • Provide Feedback to Managers: Provide feedback to managers regarding any guest comments, positive or negative, to enhance overall service quality.

  • Ensure Cleanliness of Front-of-House Areas: Diligently maintain cleanliness in all front-of-house areas, including regular checks on guest toilets, to present all indoor and outdoor restaurant areas in the best possible way.
  • Learn and Demonstrate Correct Procedures and Safe Working Practices: Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and adherence to correct procedures and operating systems. This includes staying informed about Bill's specific protocols and incorporating safe working practices into daily responsibilities.
  • Strictly Follow ALL Health and Safety Guidelines: Actively put health and safety guidelines into practice, demonstrating a strict commitment to prioritising the well-being of oneself and others in the restaurant. Ensure that safety measures are consistently applied to create a secure environment for everyone, including guests.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Team for Workflow Efficiency: Work closely with the entire restaurant team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. This involves effective communication and cooperation to create a harmonious restaurant atmosphere.
  • Monitor Food and Drinks Timings and Specifications: Closely monitor the timing and quality of food and beverages, promptly notifying managers of any potential issues or concerns.
  • Completion of ALL Training Requirements: Take responsibility for completing all mandatory and job-specific training to perform tasks safely and correctly. Engage proactively in continuous learning to enhance job knowledge and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace. Assist with training new employees as needed.
  • Prioritise Guest Service: Prioritise guest service at all times, following guest service steps, and maintaining a positive attitude with a friendly smile.
  • Efficient Opening and Closing Duties: Maintain efficiency by completing all opening and closing duties for the restaurant meticulously. This ensures a smooth start and end to each day's operations, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
