We’re looking for a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to accelerate local business growth across our restaurants – focusing on the South Region to get to know your sites (Think from London to the South Coast). This will be a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll be out in the community, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and working closely with restaurant teams to grow group bookings, events, and corporate and private business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive local sales growth across multiple restaurant locations
  • Proactively generate group bookings, events, corporate and private dining business
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, community partners, and key stakeholders
  • Plan and deliver targeted local marketing and sales initiatives
  • Work closely with Restaurant Managers and Operations Managers to convert leads into revenue
  • Represent the brand at local events, networking opportunities, and community activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality sales (multi-site preferred)
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Commercially minded with a passion for driving results
  • Confident collaborating with operational teams to deliver great guest experiences
