We’re looking for highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Managers to accelerate local business growth across our restaurants – focusing on your Region to get to know your sites. We are now looking for two people to join us in this newly created role, one for the North Region and one for the South. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll be out in the community, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and working closely with restaurant teams to grow group bookings, events, and corporate and private business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive local sales growth across multiple restaurant locations.
- Proactively generate group bookings, events, corporate and private dining business.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, community partners, and key stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver targeted local marketing and sales initiatives.
- Work closely with Restaurant Managers and Operations Managers to convert leads into revenue.
- Represent the brand at local events, networking opportunities, and community activities.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality sales (multi-site preferred).
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Commercially minded with a passion for driving results.
