We’re looking for a highly creative, content expert to lead the next chapter of Bill’s social media presence as our Social Media and Creative Manager. If you’re someone who lives and breathes TikTok trends, loves bringing campaigns to life through standout visual storytelling and thrives in a creative but pacey environment, this could be the role for you. This is a hands‑on creative role combining social strategy, content creation, shoot direction, video editing and design. You’ll take ownership of Bill’s content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, shaping everything from big campaign moments to reactive cultural content. You’ll also lead the creative direction and production of weekly shoots across our restaurants — developing concepts, directing talent and creating content that feels fresh, engaging and unmistakably Bill’s.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Social & Content Strategy
- Lead Bill’s social media presence across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Develop and execute social strategies that drive awareness, engagement and bookings
- Own the social content calendar and campaign planning process
- Use trends, insights and performance data to shape content ideas and improve results
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships from sourcing through to execution
- Oversee community management and audience engagement
- Support campaign planning across the wider marketing team
- Track, analyse and share monthly social performance insights
- Creative Production
- Create engaging video and static content for social, CRM, web, POS and DOOH
- Lead weekly content shoots from concept through to final delivery
- Develop mood boards, shot lists and storytelling frameworks
- Direct photographers, videographers, stylists and creators on set
- Capture reactive content around launches, menu moments, events and trends
- Produce creative assets for Paid Social and PPC campaigns
- Manage and organise Bill’s content library and brand assets
- Support copywriting and campaign ideation where required
- Collaboration & Brand
- Work closely with restaurant teams, chefs, operations and brand partners
- Support PR, events, partnerships and marketing activations
- Bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas into weekly creative sessions
- Help shape and evolve the visual identity and tone of voice of Bill’s social channels
What We’re Looking For – Sound Familiar?
- Strong experience in social media, content creation or creative production, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Commercial understanding, with the ability to balance creative thinking with measurable business impact with experience in managing budgets
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Intermediate skills in After Effects, Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Strong photography, videography and editing capability, with an excellent eye for composition, pace and storytelling
- Experience managing photographers, videographers, creators, talent or freelance production teams from concept through to shooting
- Experience using social scheduling, reporting and analytics platforms
- Strong experience managing Meta platforms and TikTok
- Experience creating paid social and PPC creative
- Proven experience managing influencers and creator partnerships
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of tone of voice and social‑first storytelling
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and to budget
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
- A strong awareness of hospitality culture, trends, food storytelling and social behaviour
