We are looking for two inspirational individuals to join us as Regional Training Managers. This role will be fieldâbased, fulfilling the training needs of the South Region, from Southampton to Canterbury (including London and our first site in Lewes). This vital position offers a salary of ÂŁ45,000 plus bonus. You will become a key member of the People Team, working with our Learning and Development Manager to keep energy and standards high throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Manager Capability, Induction & SignâOff: Own and deliver Manager Induction training across the region, ensuring every new manager is fully supported, confident and signed off. Ensure all Managers in Training (MITs) complete their learning journeys and are formally signed off against Bill's standards.
- Learning Delivery & Team Development: Deliver engaging, highâimpact learning experiences that bring Bill's values, service standards and expectations to life. Support teams to learn from mistakes, build confidence and continuously improve performance.
- Guest Service Excellence: Lead and deliver guest service excellence training, ensuring hospitality standards are consistently understood and lived across all sites. Embed service behaviours that reflect Bill's warmth, personality and commitment to Everyone Leaves Happy.
- New Openings & Refurbishments: Lead and support training delivery for new restaurant openings and refurbishments, ensuring teams feel confident, connected and ready to succeed from day one.
- Due Diligence, Compliance & Assurance: Ensure all mandatory due diligence training is completed, tracked and signed off across the region.
- Digital Learning & Communication Platforms: Confidently implement, embed and evolve online learning and communication platforms.
- Monthly Training & Menu Launches: Own the rhythm of monthly training for hourly teams, ensuring learning is timely, engaging and relevant. Lead training delivery for new menu launches, ensuring clarity, confidence and consistency across all sites.
- Culture, Engagement & Connection: Support the delivery of Bill's 12âmonth engagement calendar, bringing culture, values and recognition to life. Celebrate progress, success and great behaviours reinforcing what good looks like at Bill's.
