As a Junior Sous Chef you will create a warm and friendly atmosphere in the kitchen, ensuring that the standard of service hits the mark every time and that the kitchen delivers fantastic fresh dishes throughout the day.
You’ll lead by example, using excellent organisation and a calm head to keep your section running smoothly at all times and inspire your team to do the same.
