The predicted salary is between 48600 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for a General Manager who really gets what we mean. We pay Β£54,300 a year (not including bonuses!) and we would expect that you can:
- Take the lead β you know hospitality and can bring this to the fore every shift
- Guide your team, developing your people to support you and excel in their own careers β bring the best out in everyone and be proud of their success
- Care about the business, show commercial savviness to really get the best out of your restaurant
All service charge is distributed and paid out to our staff β even when on holiday we pay out. Great discounts across our menu with 80% on Shift and 50% off Shift discounts for all employees.
We will give you an extra dayβs holiday for each year you work for us for the first 5 years, and your Birthday off β guaranteed. Incentives whilst on shift β smashed your mystery guest report? There is a cash reward waiting β and many more, itβs all to play for β Managers too!

A guaranteed 48 hours per week with paid overtime beyond this β need to stay, we will make sure you are paid. Bonus paid monthly, easily understood targets based on three main business goals for your site, focus on the guest and you are on the right path.
