As a Sous Chef at Bill’s Greenwich, you will receive a top salary – a minimum of £44,300. You will be expected to:
- Take the lead when your Head Chef is off – it’s your time to shine.
- Love food, know your specs, and make the food with care.
- Be guest‑focused, ensuring your shifts deliver great food on time.
