Responsibilities
- T&T: You can work with others within the kitchen to make sure dishes arrive at the same time, communication is key!
- Quality: Do you have a standard you work to? Can you keep the food you cook consistent throughout your shift?
- Service readiness: Being on top of your tasks and set for service. We know our peaks and we need you to be prepared for the day ahead.
