Responsibilities- Manage multiple drinks in a busy environment.
- Prepare coffees accurately, using knowledge of different coffee types and coffee machines.
- Maintain high standards and eye for detail to ensure no one leaves thirsty.
- Work collaboratively with the bar team towards shared goals.
- All service charge distributed and paid out to staff, including during holidays.
- Great discounts across the menu: 80% off shift hours and 50% off during shift for all employees.
- Extra day’s holiday for each year worked plus a birthday off, guaranteed. (We are closed on Christmas day.)
- Incentives on shift: outcomes such as mystery guest reports can earn rewards.
- Access earnings within 24 hours of shift.
- Weekly shop discounts at major supermarkets.
- 24‑hour Employee Assistance provider available.
