We’re on the lookout for an experienced and inspiring creative problem solver who is experienced in (and obsessed with) helping brands connect to consumers through influencers and creators. They’ll be a key senior member of the team, responsible for developing ideas for our biggest and most complex creative briefs, working alongside and inspiring other team members and mentoring junior members of the team too.
We need someone who’s self-motivated & proactive. Someone who has been consistently providing original solutions to problems they’ve been given, and to problems they’ve proactively uncovered too. This person will deeply understand what consumers see as great content, which creators are currently making it, what it takes to develop it, and how brands can play a part in it. They’ll understand how to develop ideas that are designed to get the best out of creators - giving enough direction to inspire, but leaving enough space for them to add their authentic creative spark too.
We’re looking for someone who is unsettled, in that they are in constant pursuit of better. They believe what has been done before is not ‘Best Practice’ but ‘Best so far’. We want to see an obsession with creators, social media and the value they can offer to brands, but we’d also love to see an understanding of what ‘good’ looks like in other brand marketing channels too.

You’ll structure, design and present your own presentations composed of a compelling narrative, great content examples/references, and impactful slide design. You’ll set creative direction and give feedback on smaller creative tasks within a response for a Junior Creative. You’ll be comfortable line-managing junior creative talent when the business need arises, guiding them to achieve great work and setting out clear goals for career progression. As a senior member of the creative team, you’ll play a more vocal role with the wider agency when it comes to knowledge sharing and advocating for creativity - inspiring everyone to strive for more creativity in all of our responses.

You should also have a great knowledge of social/digital media channels; including those less adopted by the masses (e.g. Discord). You’ll also be expected to know a wide selection of creators/influencers and the content they create, and continue building this knowledge throughout your role at BDB.
