As a Senior Analytics & Insight Manager you will be integral to the continued high performance of all campaigns at Billion Dollar Boy, including influencer and social campaigns. You will take ownership of key projects as part of the Insights and Analytics team, managing day-to-day reporting, measurement solutions and larger analysis projects, as well as overseeing work done by more junior members of the team. You will work closely with the Client Services, Strategy and Paid Media teams to bring campaigns to life with in-depth analysis and insights. Working closely with our global teams and our team at our sister agency Companion, you will have the opportunity to work on global projects with household name brands.
Responsibilities
- Construct compelling data-led, in-depth insight stories and performance reports that provide a meaningful and client-relevant overview of past results and are used to inform future decisions and recommendations at both client and internal stakeholder level.
- Pull, blend, monitor, quality control, analyze and visualise data from a variety of both first and third party sources (social, audience, paid media, brand lift, conversion etc) provide robust measurement setups bespoke to the client’s needs.
- Build and monitor dashboards with Google Sheets and Data Studio to show campaign performance in real time.
- Keep up to date with social media platform analytics updates to ensure work is always at the cutting edge of our industry.
- Build client relationships and join client calls to discuss campaigns, insights and key results.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet communicated deadlines, and advise internal stakeholders on measurement approaches or solutions.
- Define measurement frameworks and implement strategies, tools or processes to measure client objectives, effectiveness and key hypotheses. Set KPIs, benchmarks, targets and forecasts to support business or investment cases.
- Work closely with the Companion team and spearhead or consult on further data or insights-related improvements on our proprietary management platform.
- Work alongside Strategy, Client Services and Paid Media teams on UK and global campaigns.
- Help manage and further train more junior members of the team.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience required.
- Influencer/social media/content analysis experience a key requirement.
- Creative or social media agency experience preferred.
- Experience with a range of measurement solutions, particularly ones pertaining to content/performance analysis or performance tracking.
- Proficient in Google Sheets (advanced data analysis & visualisation), Looker Studio (or dashboarding in general), SQL and working with and accessing databases.
- Experience using and working with data from social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok), as well as other data sources such as paid media, Google Analytics/utm etc.
- Experience with or interest in leveraging and implementing AI tools to streamline complex workflows, provide more analysis points, support reporting, or detect wider trends.
- Experience with third party measurement solutions such as brand lift studies and sentiment analysis.
- Organised with high attention to detail.
- Experience managing internal/external stakeholders throughout complex and/or long-term projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to write clearly - without jargon - and construct compelling insight stories using all available first and third party data.
