The Project Manager is the driving force behind project health and delivery. They own the project approach end-to-end, keeping scope, budget, timelines, and resources tightly aligned at every stage. Responsibilities

- Partner with the Client Services (CS) team to develop realistic timelines that support creative excellence while meeting client expectations.
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail across all project documentation, deliverables, and processes, ensuring consistently high standards.
- Lead kick-off sessions for assigned projects and hubs, ensuring clarity of scope, roles, and expectations.
- Establish and follow a structured project approach for delivering influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project timelines, internal and client-facing milestones, and task ownership.
- Liaise with the Traffic Manager to secure and manage resources across the full project lifecycle.
- Partner with CS and relevant departments to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and contract amendments.
- Own and manage the Response to Brief (RTB) process to ensure projects are set up for success.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of smaller to mid-sized projects.
- Demonstrate accountability for both process and output, clearly communicating progress, risks, and decisions to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring key conversations occur at the right time from scoping through to delivery.
- Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and manage dependencies to ensure efficient team operation.
- Coordinate internal reviews and ensure feedback is captured and actioned effectively.
- Actively participate in and mediate project delivery conversations to keep projects moving forward.
- Keep delivery teams aligned to agreed timings, scope, and budgets.
- Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues throughout delivery, escalating when necessary.
- Apply sound judgement in decision-making, balancing commercial considerations, creative quality, and client service.
- Support Senior Project Managers (SPMs) with the set-up and scoping of larger projects, alongside general administrative and operational tasks.
- Work closely with the CS team to manage project budgets and drive commercial success across multiple projects.
- Own and manage SOWs and timelines throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively addressing scope creep and setbacks.
- Monitor financial health by tracking hours, budgets, and burn rates, flagging and escalating overages as required.
- Communicate financial status clearly and own reconciliations with Client Finance Managers.
- Lead project wrap-ups to evaluate performance, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Develop a growing understanding of client remuneration structures and commercial models.
- Manage client expectations through regular communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.
- Attend and contribute to status meetings, representing delivery clearly and confidently.
- Manage changes to scope of work in partnership with CS.
- Lead weekly hub scrums covering workflow, risks, resource planning, and upcoming priorities, liaising closely with Traffic and Operations.
- Provide progress updates as part of weekly financial WIPs.
- Continue developing a strong grasp of client commercial and remuneration models.
- Ensure accuracy of data inputs across resourcing and project management tools.
- Optimise resource usage across projects and hubs.
- Stay on top of time tracking, scope creep, and process adherence.
- Support the CS team by scheduling and coordinating all project-related meetings.

- 2+ years' experience in a project management role within a creative, digital, influencer, or integrated agency environment.
- Proven experience delivering small to mid-sized projects end-to-end, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (Creative, CS, Production, Strategy, Operations).
- Demonstrated experience managing scopes, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Experience supporting the set-up and delivery of larger, more complex projects alongside senior project managers.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best-practice agency delivery models.
- Confident in resource planning and working with traffic/resourcing tools.
- Proven ability to anticipate risk, manage dependencies, and resolve issues before they elevate.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communicator - able to articulate processes, decisions, and trade-offs to internal teams and clients.
