We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised Mid-Weight / Producer to join our team. This is a hybrid role bridging the gap between agency-side production management and hands-on shoot and post-production execution. This is a part-time role over two months, not full-time. Therefore, we ideally like to work with someone that is flexible with their days and we can link to days to client work.
Working autonomously on day-to-day deliverables while supporting the senior production team on larger-scale projects, you’ll help bring creative ideas to life across a wide spectrum of formats - from fast-turnaround influencer and social-first content to large-scale OOH campaigns. Whether collaborating with external production houses or directly producing shoots and post-production in-house, you will be the operational engine keeping projects running smoothly, on time, and on brief.
WHAT DOES GREAT LOOK LIKE?
- Post-Production & Asset Management
- Oversee the end-to-end post-production workflow, managing editors, motion designers, colourists, sound engineers, and VO talent.
- Drive the review process, gathering feedback from internal creative and client-facing teams to ensure all edits align with the brief.
- Manage complex versioning lists, localisation, and master file delivery, ensuring all final assets meet technical specs for social, digital, and OOH channels.
- Direct & In-House Production
- Autonomously run direct productions when working without external production companies, taking charge of pre-production, on-set logistics, and shoot coordination.
- Draft and maintain detailed production timelines, shoot schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, and call-time logistics.
- Ensure smooth, professional execution on location or in-studio, prioritising safety protocols, talent comfort, and creative integrity.
- Agency Production & Partner Collaboration
- Work closely into Senior Producers and the Head of Production, taking ownership of key operational tasks while assisting on larger-scale agency campaigns.
- Source, vet, negotiate with, and manage external production partners, directors, crew, equipment hire houses, and post-production vendors.
- Act as a reliable point of contact between internal creative teams, external partners, talent managers, and account management teams.
- Coordinate talent briefs, travel, on-set care, and logistical support for influencers and high-profile creators.
- Budgets & Admin
- Assist senior producers in scoping, estimating, and reconciling production budgets, keeping tight control of day-to-day project expenses.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3+ years of content production experience within a creative agency, production company, or fast-paced brand environment.
- Strong hands-on experience running post-production workflows across video, motion, and static deliverables, with a keen eye for detail during quality assurance.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects forward independently, while knowing when to escalate to senior producers.
- Proven track record delivering a broad range of content—from social-first/influencer campaigns to video shoots and digital/static OOH.
- Comfortable balancing agency-side logistics (timelines, budget tracking, vendor management) with hands-on shoot coordination.
- Highly organised with a knack for creating clear timing plans, call sheets, and tracking documents under tight deadlines.
- Strong, calm communication skills to manage diverse personalities, from creators and talent to external directors and internal creative teams.
- Familiarity with usage rights, licensing (music, fonts, talent), and clearing content for OOH and paid social/digital channels.
