About the role
We are looking to connect with German-speaking Client or Campaign Managers for a speculative opportunity supporting upcoming work across the German market. This role will focus heavily on campaign execution, creator management, and day-to-day delivery with less emphasis on creative or strategic development. You will be trusted to work fairly independently, sitting slightly outside of the mainstream Hub structure while remaining closely connected to the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of creator-led campaigns across the German market
- Manage creators end-to-end: briefing, contracting, content delivery, approvals and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agents and creator representatives
- Oversee timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Act as the main operational point of contact for German-market activity
What we are looking for
- Native German speaker
- Based in Germany or the UK (if UK-based, strong and proven knowledge of the German market is essential)
- Strong experience running and executing creator or influencer campaigns
- Confident managing creators and their content from briefing through to delivery
- Established contacts with talent agencies and creator networks
- Comfortable working independently and autonomously
- Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
Nice to have
- Experience working on FMCG, lifestyle or alcohol brands
- Familiarity with international or multi-market campaigns
- Experience working within an agency environment
