Senior Content Creator (Gulf Region)

Job Overview: We’re seeking a hyper-creative Senior Content Creator to lead the local content engine for a global beverage brand in the Gulf Region. This role is focused on content creation, strategy and production. If you naturally think in TikTok sounds, understand the nuances of social strategy and know exactly how to stop a thumb in its tracks, this is the role for you. You will be the hands‑on creative force behind the brand in the UAE and KSA. You understand that the first second is everything, have mastered the art of the hook and know exactly how to pace a video to keep people engaged until the very end. With exceptional shooting and editing skills and a deep understanding of local culture, you will create and deliver high‑performing, social‑first content that feels native to the local market. If you’re a proactive creator who uses data to refine your creative, thrives on fast‑paced trend cycles and wants to build a highly engaged local community through brilliant content, we want you on the team. Responsibilities Availability: This will be a freelance deliverables based role, with an estimated commitment of around 3 days a week End-to-End Production: Lead the creative ideation, shooting, and execution of weekly content, ensuring everything aligns with a strong, social‑first strategy. Self‑Shot Content: Produce, shoot, and edit of highly engaging, self‑shot content, leveraging your deep understanding of pacing, visual hooks, and platform‑native formats. Mastering the Hook: Obsess over viewer retention. Continuously test and refine video intros, text overlays, audio and editing styles to maximise engagement, watch time and completion rates. Trend Jacking: Be chronically online. Monitor culture, emerging formats, audio trends and relevant social conversations, turning them into timely, culturally relevant content opportunities for the brand. Content Strategy you understand the why behind them and can build a content strategy that delivers against brand objectives while feeling entirely native to the platform. Local Cultural Understanding: You have a strong understanding of local culture, social trends and online communities, with the ability to translate local insights into relevant, engaging content. Data-Driven Creativity: You look beyond vanity metrics. You understand how to interpret performance data and evaluate why content worked or didn’t, using those learnings to inform future creative decisions.
