We are looking for a Marketing & Content Manager to support our Global Brand Lead on a 6‑week freelance basis, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to extend. This is a delivery‑focused role within a small, fast‑moving team, covering campaign execution, community communications, creative production coordination, and social media management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Email Marketing & CRM
- Support the end‑to‑end delivery of email campaigns across multiple projects, including copy drafting, asset coordination, template building in Mailchimp, and scheduling.
- Manage campaign timelines to ensure sends are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Creative Coordination & Design Briefing
- Translate content from events and activations into structured creative briefs for the in‑house designer, covering copy, format, and delivery specs.
- Review creative outputs against brief, flag amends clearly and manage feedback loops efficiently.
- Social Media Management
- Execute the social media content plan across FiveTwoNine’s channels, producing copy and design briefs aligned to the content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content, monitor channel performance, and manage community engagement including responding to comments.
- Ensure all output consistently reflects FiveTwoNine’s tone of voice, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
- Campaign & Project Support
- Provide operational support across live campaigns and client projects, including copy production, merch supplier research, merch order placement, creating event pages in Luma, etc.
- Maintain accurate project trackers and flag risks or delays proactively to the Global Brand Lead.
- Support with website content updates and digital asset management if required.
Skills & Attributes
- 1‑3 years’ experience in a marketing, content, or brand communications role, agency or in‑house.
- Demonstrable copywriting ability across digital channels with a clear understanding of tone of voice and audience.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying email campaigns in Mailchimp or a comparable ESP.
- Experience managing social media channels in a professional capacity, including content scheduling and community management.
- Proven ability to write clear creative briefs and manage asset delivery with internal design team and freelancers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Background in or strong interest in media, creator economy, entertainment, or culture.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Express – sufficient to review and direct creative output.
- Experience working across events, activations, or multi‑platform campaigns.
