This role is key to evolving Billion Dollar Boy's multi-market owned social capability. You will provide strategic leadership as well as operational expertise to own the systems, define and maintain standards and lead the charge in delivering high-quality, platform-native content at speed and scale, building from our creator hub model. You will develop the team and collaborate with creators to refine our approach as a next-generation social agency with creator instinct®.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years experience in social media management, including leadership.
- Demonstrable strategic infrastructure skill in building repeatable frameworks and playbooks for consistency and quality across social platforms.
- Strong track record in delivering campaigns and managing always-on social channels for major brands.
- Proven experience managing multi-market publishing and channel governance, including editorial scheduling.
- Deep understanding of fostering longer term community engagement and advocacy and the central role creators play.
- A natural innovator; constantly at the forefront of new platforms, formats, and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
- Build & Scale Owned Social: Lead the evolution of our social media management capability into a category-defining, scalable operating model across brands and markets. Develop frameworks, training, and playbooks to raise standards. Provide expert client counsel.
- Evolve always-on Production: Own and refine production workflows, schedules, content pipelines, and delivery timelines for always-on social. Build systems for repeatable, faster operational practice without losing quality.
- Evolve Creator System: Advance the Creator Hub model as the engine for owned social. Optimize collaboration between creators, strategists, editors, and social managers to ensure creator input strengthens brand output.
