We’re looking for a proactive, versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team, delivering high-quality, on-brand design across our two creative brands – Billion Dollar Boy and FiveTwoNine. This role is on an initial Fixed Term Contract of 2 months. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing work go live quickly. From social media assets and pitch decks to event collateral and even our own merchandise, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring creativity across every touchpoint. You’ll be embedded within the marketing team for fast collaboration and direct feedback loops.
Responsibilities
- Design digital assets for social media (static and short-form video) across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and maintain internal and external presentation decks (e.g. whitepapers, case studies, sales enablement).
- Design assets for emails, website visuals, and paid social campaigns.
- Develop print materials such as postcards, invites, event signage, and branded environment collateral.
- Support the production of merchandise visuals (e.g. tote bags, clothing, stickers, giveaways).
- Optimise assets for different platforms and formats.
- Source and edit imagery for use across decks, social media, and web.
Brand Consistency & Implementation
- Uphold and apply brand guidelines consistently across both Billion Dollar Boy and FiveTwoNine.
- Maintain and refine templates to improve design efficiency and brand alignment.
Light Video & Motion
- Create motion graphics and simple video edits for social media (Reels, Stories) and promotional content.
- Support basic video prep for events and social (e.g. cut-downs, overlays, intros).
Skills & Attributes
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates clean, contemporary work across digital and print.
- Fluent in social media formats – particularly TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience designing across multiple brands and adapting to different tones or formats.
- Confident working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Familiar with basic video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Canva Video).
- Highly organised, able to manage your time and juggle competing priorities.
- Strong attention to visual detail and consistency.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
