We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Global CMO and Head of Clients. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to collaborate across teams, prioritise workloads, forward plan and support the preparation and implementation of key initiatives and projects to support our business development efforts. You will excel in working independently, managing time effectively, and delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Task Management: Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely delivery, team and task coordination whilst maintaining momentum. Assist with tracking deadlines, project milestones, and deliverables. Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports. Support in managing key client accounts, marketing initiatives, and strategic projects.
  • Executive & Administrative Support: Inbox management and schedule prioritisation. Set agendas, take meeting notes, distribute minutes, and ensure follow-ups on key action items. Coordinate travel logistics and prepare itineraries including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, to support global business operations. Processing expense reports and invoices. Calendar management; scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure cohesive and efficient workflow across the organisation. Arrange Team and Client socials and events.
  • Strategic Support: Ensure executives have additional bandwidth for strategic focus, business development, and leadership initiatives.
