What you will be doing:
- Supporting the team with healthcare renewals from start to finish
- Assisting with new business administration and onboarding
- Preparing and issuing documentation, schedules, cover letters, and engagement with new prospective clients
- Liaising with insurers/underwriters to obtain terms, amendments, and confirmations
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines
