About the role:
We are looking to recruit experienced Fabricator Welders, ideally with prior experience of Structural Steel. You will be responsible for:
- Cutting, assembling and welding steel components used in the construction of buildings, bridges, industrial plants and other structures.
- Transforming raw steel materials into accurate, high quality structural elements that meet engineering drawings specifications and standards.
We have opportunities at both our Barnsley sites, Wombwell and Shafton.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous experience in steel fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in welding and metalworking processes.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle materials.
- Trade qualification in fabrication/welding (preferred but not essential).

Salary: Days: Up to £16.74 per hour (additional £1.00 per hour enhanced rate) + regular overtime. Nights: Up to £17.78 per hour (plus shift allowance).
Hours: Night: 46 hours per week, 12-hour days, Monday to Thursday. Day: 40 Hours working week 07:15- 16:00 (Monday – Thursday) 07:45-14:00 (Friday).
